01 The Beginning

We started with one belief.

In 2019, Trikuta Group was established with a straightforward conviction: why does “affordable” so often mean ordinary?

Today we develop across multiple construction units — R.K. Construction, A.R.S Construction, Tirupati Realty, and Trikuta Infra — each project held to a single standard regardless of price point.

Affordable should never mean ordinary. That founding belief has not changed in a single project since.

Every project in our portfolio is RERA-registered and SBI-approved for home loans. We are a family-led company: the people who sign the construction contracts are present at handover.

Since 2019 we have delivered 9 addresses across Kolkata. Each one reflects the neighbourhood it sits in. None of them took shortcuts.
